Investor relations policy

The objective of OPRA’s investor relation (IR) activities is to enhance investors’ interest in the company, build investor loyalty and attract new investors through the provision of sufficient, objective and timely information to the financial market.

OPRA's IR policy emphasises the importance of transparency, credibility, responsibility, proactivity and interaction.

The IR function is fully centralised and the IR activities include:

• Distribution of annual reports
• Distribution of interim reports
• Distribution of operational and financial presentations
• Update of the website on an ongoing basis
• Meetings with investors

The Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer are the sole spokespersons of OPRA.
